IMPORTANT!!

• Your poster should be in PORTRAIT (standing).
• The poster should be size A0, not larger than 1,47 m high x 0,97 m wide.
• Posters in landscape format will NOT be accepted.

Preparation and printing of your poster

• The poster titles should be identical to the title of the abstract.
• Include title, author list, affiliations in the poster.
• Poster should be self-explanatory as the posters will be displayed the whole day/days and the
  audience might be viewing them on their own.
• Please print your poster on regular, or slightly thick paper. Heavy materials won’t stick well to the poster
  boards and risk to fall off.

Poster board number

• Your poster board number will be sent to you mid June

Poster set-up

• Posters can be put on the allocated poster board in the Exhibition area on Tuesday July 2nd during pre-registration, from 12.00 – 17.00 hrs.
• Fixing materials will be available in the poster area.

Display period

• All posters will be on display from July 3rd until Friday July 5th
• You are kindly requested to be present by your poster(s) for discussion with delegates during the poster
  (& lunch) sessions:
  Wednesday July 3rd 16.30 – 18.00
  Thursday July 4th 11.45-13.00
  Friday July 5th 12.45 – 14.00

Poster dismantling

• Posters should remain on the poster boards until Friday July 5th 16.00 hrs.
• Posters should be removed Friday July 5th immediately after the last session. The poster boards will be broken down soon thereafter.

The organisation will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time; they will be discarded by the Conference Office
